This Hotel was the perfect location for all we wanted to see in this area The Louvre is so close and gorgeous stroll through the park Rooms were comfortable and plenty of tea and coffee if wanted We had everything we needed Only reason for 4 star and not 5 is the water in the shower went from hot to cold sometimes dangerous temperatures when it decided to go hot on us Staff helpful and happy to be providing you with this perfect place to stay

Excellent location in Paris, near the Louver, luxury shopping, wonderful staff, nice breakfast! Unfortunately, this Hotel needs major room renovation, the posted pictures of the rooms must be photoshopped. the rooms are not as advertised, no outlets next to the bed to plug in your phone, there is only one available outlet in the room, tv remotes do not work (I had three exchanged) and even with the exchange they were inoperable. Bathrooms are very dated and rooms very dark and uninviting Overall, an O.K. experience.

I love this hotel! I stayed here during my first solo trip to Paris! The hotel staff could not be nicer or more accommodating! They took the time to know the guests and were eager to assist as needed. The room was comfortable and the restaurant offered many options. The location is wonderful for walking to all of those desirable stores. I highly recommend this hotel while in Paris!

I really want to leave a review to this hotel as the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately someone has stolen my phone 2 hours after my arrival in the bus and I was a bit lost. All the concierge staff helped me and they’ve been really nice. The hotel is in a lovely district, next to the Louvre and very well connected! Rooms are very nice too. As soon as I arrived, the showers was dripping water and they immediately fixed it! I definitely recommend this place as it’s not only the place to make a great hotel, but the attitude of the staff! Thanks!

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel situated in the heart of Paris. Christmas in Paris is a magical time. The hotel is within close walking distance to the Tuileries Garden, shopping, museums, galleries fabulous restaurants and the Seine. The concierge services at the hotel is exceptional. Most notably Eric who is very knowledgeable and assisted us with arrangements to attend art exhibits and restaurants. Both Eric and Roger will help make your stay so enjoyable that you will want to visit the hotel whenever you are in Paris. Merci!
